Amapola’s elegantly casual, oceanfront restaurant, Bilí features  Puerto Rican style food with a flair. Our meals are prepared by Eva Bolivar of the Culinary Institute of America. Please feel free to browse our sample menus for lunch and dinner. Menus are subject to change.
